Running Clinic

  • Spring & Fall Running Clinic - $125

Each spring and fall you have the opportunity to join a Joco Runners Running Clinic. Meet new people, reach goals, and learn to fall in love with running!

Run Coaching

Whether your goal is to set a personal record (PR), run longer, run stronger, or just become more fit overall, personalized run coaching can take you to that next level.

Run only - $100 monthly (w/ minimum 6 month commitment)

Run coaching includes:

  • Weekly updated running schedule based on your lifestyle, goals, & current fitness

  • Collaboration on training plan to help you stay motivated and on track with your goals

  • Ongoing communication via text, email, & phone

  • Modified cross training if needed

  • Opportunity for local group runs

  • Detailed race planning for your goal race

Run + Strength - $200 monthly (w/ minimum 6 month commitment)

  • All the benefits of run coaching PLUS a weekly run-specific strength training session to keep you strong and injury-free!

Customized Run Training Plan

  • 12-week customized run training plan - $50

If you are a motivated person that just needs a solid plan then this is for you! Personalized to your lifestyle and goals, a one-time training plan will give you a schedule for running, cross-training, and rest, all suited to your personal schedule and objectives. Please note - the customized training plan does not include Run Coaching.

1:1 Personal Training

Includes a full assessment and training plan specifically targeted to help you accomplish your goals. Fitness doesn’t happen in a one-hour session once or twice a week. It is a lifestyle! With Forward Fitness personalized coaching you get the benefits of regular in-person training sessions, nutritional coaching and direction, motivational support, accountability, and accessibility to a coach who wants to help you find fitness in your everyday life.

Nutrition Coaching

  • 12 weeks @ $500

Many want to eat “healthy” but are overwhelmed by where to begin, what TO eat, what NOT TO eat, and how to make real, sustainable changes. Forward Fitness can help you take at a time and move forward toward a strong, nutritional lifestyle! Nutrition coaching includes:

  • Regular In-person or Virtual Coaching Sessions

  • Personal Nutrition Recommendations

  • Macro & Micronutrient Programming

  • Self-determined Goal Monitoring

  • Real-life Nutrition Advice (how to grocery shop, read food labels, eat out, etc.)

  • Ongoing Support and Encouragement

  • Progress Assessment and Troubleshooting

Small Group Personal Training ( 2 - 5 people )

  • 4 sessions @ $240

  • 8 sessions @ $430

Grab some friends and get the benefits of personal training level coaching at a reduced cost. This is not your typical group fitness class! The max size of 5 allows for a personalized approach. Each workout is specifically designed for the goals of the participants. The cost of the session is split among you and up to 4 friends making it a great way to save money while building relationships. Sessions are 60 minutes long and can be held at your personal residence, a public park, or other creative location.
