My name is Jenn Hamilton and I am passionate about wellness and health. I believe functional exercise and nutrition play a significant part in an individual’s wellness. Additionally, I love people and enjoy working with them in reaching their personal goals by educating and equipping them to take personal responsibility for their health. I have experience with both small and large group fitness instruction, coaching runners, and one-on-one personal training. In 2021 I became a certified Nutrition Coach and I am excited to begin helping clients feel better through both exercise AND nutrition!

I am married to my best friend and together we parent three awesome kids! As an experienced runner, I spend hours logging miles while balancing it with my other loves, strength training and mobility. My husband pastors a local church, and our family spends time serving our community in many different ways. I view personal wellness as another way that I can contribute and serve my community.
